Return Policy:
For over 20 years now, each and every DreamAuthentics arcade is CUSTOM HAND MADE for all of our incredible customers! Because of this customization which normally takes several weeks and normally includes CUSTOM DESIGNED ARTWORK specialized only for each customer we are not able to provide refunds. The only instances over 20 years that we would accept a return exchange is if the wrong cabinet is send to you. During our build process we normally provide many pictures to our customers seeing many steps of the production. Customers have many opportunities to make changes and see all details of their arcade before it is shipped. Because of the immense work and craftsmanship that goes into each customer’s arcade we do not provide refunds or credits back. We always support every aspect of our customer’s arcade and look forward to helping answer any question they may have or need they desire to enhance their custom arcade cabinet.
